The YB3-H series marine flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor is an upgraded explosion-proof power solution designed for shipboard hazardous areas. Manufactured in strict accordance with GB 3836.2 and IEC 60079-1 standards, it adopts a robust flameproof enclosure structure that can contain internal explosions and prevent flame propagation to the surrounding explosive atmosphere. It provides safe and reliable power for equipment in gas explosive environments on ships.

Standardized Flameproof Performance

Designed and tested per GB 3836.2 and IEC 60079-1 standards, with explosion-proof marks Exd II AT4, Exd II BT4 and Exd II CT4. Suitable for Class IIA, IIB, IIC explosive gas environments with temperature groups T1 to T4.

Robust Flameproof Enclosure Structure

The high-strength cast iron flameproof housing features precisely machined flameproof joints with strict gap control, ensuring that any internal explosion will not ignite the external explosive gas mixture. All structural parameters fully comply with international explosion-proof regulations.

Class F Insulation & Thermal Stability

Adopting Class F insulation system, the stator winding temperature rise limit is 80K (105K for 2/4-pole 160L and 355 frame motors). It maintains stable electrical performance and insulation reliability under long-term operation in high-temperature marine engine room environments.

Flexible Wiring & Rotation Options

The terminal box mounted on top of the motor supports both rubber-sheathed cable and armored cable inlet. Models H63-280 and 4-10 pole H315-355 motors support both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, adapting to different equipment drive requirements.

Multiple Mounting Configurations

Available in B3 horizontal foot mounting, B5 vertical flange mounting, B35 combined mounting and V1 vertical mounting types, covering installation requirements for various explosion-proof equipment in different positions of the ship.
