Product Introduction

The Y-H series marine three-phase asynchronous motor is a general-purpose power solution built for shipboard auxiliary machinery. Manufactured in strict accordance with IEC 60034, IEC 60092 and other international standards, it meets partial requirements of major classification societies including LR, BV, ABS and KR. Its fully enclosed structure and specialized surface treatment ensure stable and reliable operation in harsh maritime conditions with high humidity, salt spray and vibration.

Fully Enclosed Self-Cooled Design

Adopting a totally enclosed fan-cooled structure with HT200 cast iron frame, the motor delivers efficient heat dissipation and stable performance during long-term continuous operation. The cast iron housing provides excellent structural strength and vibration damping performance.

Dual Voltage & Frequency Adaptability

Available in 380V 50Hz and 440V 60Hz configurations, it perfectly matches the power supply systems of most international vessels and offshore platforms. Models with 3kW and below use Y connection, while higher power models adopt Δ connection.

IP44 Protection & Environmental Resistance

With IP44 protection grade and special VPI impregnation treatment on windings and metal parts, the motor effectively resists moisture, mold, salt spray and oil mist, adapting perfectly to the corrosive marine atmosphere and condensation conditions.

Continuous Duty Operation

Designed for S1 continuous working system with Class B or F insulation, it supports long-term uninterrupted operation and maintains stable output under ambient temperatures from 0°C to 45°C at 0m altitude.

Flexible Mounting Options

Supports multiple mounting types including B3 horizontal foot mounting, B5 flange mounting, B35 combined mounting and V1 vertical mounting, adapting to different installation spaces and equipment arrangements on board.
