The YZ-H series marine hoisting three-phase asynchronous motor is specially designed for short-time rated deck machinery on ships. Manufactured in compliance with GB standards and IEC 60034, IEC 60092 specifications, it is optimized for intermittent and frequent starting operations. With robust cast iron structure and professional marine-grade surface treatment, it delivers outstanding reliability under heavy shock, vibration and harsh maritime environments.

Available in single-speed, dual-speed and three-speed variants to meet different hoisting speed requirements. The multi-speed pole-changing design enables flexible speed regulation for various deck operations, improving working efficiency and operational safety without additional frequency converters.

IP56 High Protection Grade

With IP56 protection rating and O-ring sealing design at all mating surfaces, the motor provides excellent waterproof and dustproof performance, effectively preventing intrusion of salt spray, moisture and oil mist even in harsh open-deck environments.

Superior Shock & Vibration Resistance

The high-strength cast iron housing and optimized structural design ensure stable operation even under severe shipboard shock and vibration. It can withstand ±22.5° rolling, 15° heeling and 10° trimming without performance degradation.

Built for Intermittent Hoisting Duty

Engineered for S2 short-time duty and intermittent operation, with Class F insulation and VPI immersion paint treatment. Low-speed windings can withstand 1-minute locked-rotor condition, perfectly suitable for frequent starting and braking of hoisting equipment.

Integrated Brake Compatibility

Supports DC electromagnetic brake configuration for reliable positioning and holding of hoisting loads. The brake system features moisture-proof protection and winding thermal protection, ensuring safe and precise deck operations.

Applications

Widely applied to various deck machinery on all types of ships, including anchor windlasses, mooring winches, capstans, deck cranes and other hoisting equipment. It is also suitable for cargo handling winches with infrequent operation and other deck auxiliary machinery.
